ABINERGY GREEN S.L. SUCCESSFULLY CLOSES THE SALE OF THE “MARBRUMAU” PROJECT OF 49.98 MWp TO THE BRITISH IPP ECONERGY INTERNATIONAL LTD.
Abinergy Green SL, a promoter and developer of photovoltaic and renewable energy projects in Spain, has successfully closed the sale of the 49.98 MWp "Marbrumau" photovoltaic project to the leading European company in investment and management of renewable energy, Econergy International Ltd. The seller is advised on this transaction by Solar Portfolios SL acting as financial adviser throughout the development of the transaction.
The photovoltaic project called “Marbrumau”, with a power of 49.98 MWp, is located in the municipality of Viver (Castellón), thus being integrated into a region such as the Valencian Community that has demonstrated its high level of commitment to projects renewables and their support for the strategic development of the photovoltaic sector.
In order to optimize the plant's annual production of electrical energy, the "Marbrumau" project includes one-axis solar trackers technology, which together with its location in an area classified as IV in the level of solar radiation, allows estimations to be made very positive performance.
The investment of the transaction has not been disclosed but it is understood to have reached market prices and Solar Portfolios has acted as advisor to Abinergy Green during all phases of investor search, commercial negotiation and mediation in the sale operation.
