The Solar Portfolios Marketplace project in partnership with greenmatch
Solar Portfolios is sharing some of the investment opportunities in different countries through its Marketplace. Based on the technology of greenmatch and the origination power of Solar Portfolios, we will be able to establish a unique and transparent marketplace for solar and wind assets.
We have already listed 7 PV assets portfolios (in Ecuador, in Italy, in Spain and in United Kingdom), and also 1 PV project of 98MW in Mexico and 2 PV projects of 65MW and 60MW in Chile. Reaching 161MW of solar projects on the Marketplace platform and we will continue to launch new listings.
These projects reach a rate of return that is in a range between 4.5% and 15% IRR equity. In terms of investment, the projects reach a total investment of 247M€.
